駐在一人出すだけでどんだけお金かかるか知らないのかな？
車のパーツを作って自動車メーカーに収めている会社は町工場のような企業が多いのです。
そういうところでは募集しても人は来てくれないのです。

前に勤めていた会社に挨拶に行き採用され
日本車のイリノイ州のパーツ工場に行った友達が。
車はレジェンドを貸与されていた。
＞それでいいと思います。現地法人で約束を取り付けてアメリカに戻ってくる契約をすればいいだけです。ただでさえ今は日本人が少なくて大変みたいですから、そういった交渉は昔より出来ると思います。
この解釈が違うのでは？と言ってるだけです。

それは会社によってわからないよ。
今は大手だけじゃなくて中堅企業だって飲食企業だって駐在を出してる時代。
