こんにちは。
現在労働ビザをとりたくていろいろ調べているのですが、
H-1をとるには絶対４年大の単位がいるのでしょうか?
私自身２年大の単位しかなく、
職務経験もまだ６年にもならず、１年程しかありません。
仕事内容としては、セールスのお仕事になります。
もしビザに詳しい方がいれば教えてください。(>0<;;)

申請条件は学士号以上所持か職歴ありの場合に限ります。職歴に関してはごまかして申請する方もいますので、そこは弁護士と相談した方がいいです。
ここで聞くより先に、弁護士に相談したほうがもっとも確実ですよ。
