今ロサンゼルスに語学留学のために来ている大学生です。
車を買いたいと思っているのですが、実際こっちに居る期間が、今から7か月ぐらいしかありません。
ですので、帰国する前には、売ろうかなと思っています。
買った額と売った額の差が1000ドルぐらいで収めたいと思っていますが、それは可能ですか?また、どういう車を選んだほうがいいと思いますか?
友人が言うには、$3000ドル以下の車を買うと$1にもならないと言われました。どうすればいいか悩んでいます。

買うときに税金、登録料がかかります。さらに保険も。なので、トータルで、購入したほうがいいのかレンタカーの方がいいのか、よく考えてみてください。

語学留学のために（遊びに）来てるって言ってるんだから車は必要だろ、語学留学って長期滞在旅行の事を示すんだし。
適当な中古買って、後からあなたのような来たばかりの人を騙して買った額と同じ額で売れば良いだけじゃん。

おまいらそんなに学生さんを虐めて楽しいか?ホントに嫌みな体だけ大人のガキばっかりだな。買う前に車の状態や相場をよくチェックして（心配でしたらお金を払って専門の第三者さんにチェックをお願いするのもありだと思います）値段相当の市場価値があれば、７ヶ後にアナタの希望するように売却することも十分可能だと思いますよ。

うーん、運だと思います。1000ドルで今にも壊れそうな車を乗りつぶすくらい乗るか、4000ドル位だして、ある程度いいものを買って乗って、同じ位で売って帰るか、友達から買取、帰る時に新しく来た子に売って帰るか。私の友達は6500ドル出して、結構いい車を買って、売って帰るそうです。メーカーは、やはり日本車が良いと思いますが、私の友人は安いドイツ車に乗ってたり、日本車ではない人は数人いましたが、問題ないようでしたよ。自分で買いに行きにくいのならば誰か車に詳しい人と一緒に行ったらいいですね。あと、語学学校ならば生徒さんから買ったらいかがですか?ほとんどの日本人は日本人から買ってるようでしたよ。
いろいろ見て決めてくださいね。
