何から手を付けたらいいのでしょうか?
聞きたいことはたくさんありますのでこの場で質問させていただきます。
もしこれを呼んで教えてあげれるよ！
という優しい方が居ましたら知っている範囲で構わないので教えてください。
質問です。
１ 例えば仕入れです。レストランで働いていたら配達してもらえますがフードトラック だとコスコやレストランサプライなど自分で行かなければ行けないですよね?
それとも配達してもらえる所があるんでしょうか?
２ トラックはどこで買えますか?
中古なら何処でなのか?・・新しくカスタムメイドなら何処でなのか?
３ パーミットのある場所でしか販売できないんでしょうか?
例えば・・プライベートパーティーで人の家の前とか庭の中でも許可は居るのでしょ うか?
４ トラックを買った後に内装の付け足しなどは何処に頼むのでしょうか?
例えばライスクッカーなど・・
５ フードトラックは指定の駐車場があるのでしょうか?
それはおいくらぐらいしますか?
まだたくさん聞きたいことはありますがスモールビジネスライセンスなどについては自 分でがんばって調べてみます。
トラックについてはまったく経験がないもので・・
お力になっていただける方よろしくお願いします。

路上販売はOKです。ただ、パーキングメーターの最高時間〔２時間とか）しか止められません。３０分しかとめられない条例があると警官がたまに言ってどかそうとするのですが、ほとんどの条例が失効しています。最近は高さ規制をして、とめさせないようにしているところがあります。
