先日、運転中に携帯電話利用でチケットをきられてしました。
まだ、コートから何も書類が届いてないのですが、罰金は幾らくらい支払うのかなど疑問です。
また、このチケットで保険料の値上げ(ポイントが付いてしまうのか)、トラフィックスクールの選択が
あるのかどうか知っている方がいたら教えて下さい！

ケータイにイヤホンをして話していてもいいのでしょうか?
今までずっとイヤホンですが、ただ単にラッキーで捕まってないだけでしょうか。
Bluetoothは電磁波の問題が言われているので使いたくないです。

両耳をイヤホンで塞いでしまう事は違法ですね。
片耳ならＯ．Ｋ．だけど、万が一ポリスに止められた時に信用されるかどうか?ですね。

昨年6月主人が運転中に携帯電話使用していたため、チケットをもらいました。場所はハンティントンビーチです。#21さんのおっしゃるように日本人だけ狙っているわけではないと思いますよ。私の主人はアメリカ人ですから。金額は$158でした。手紙が来てからオンラインでその金額を支払っただけでトラフィックスクールに行ったりなどはしてません。保険料も上がってません。
