地域によって電波が強いメーカーがあるみたいなので、あなたの地域で強いメーカーを買ってみるのが良いのでは。
AT&Tは広く広範囲にカバーされているけど、良いのかなぁ。私の地域では他のメーカーの電波の方が強いって言っていたし。（あれって購入後1年は保持しないといけないんだっけ？）
全然答えになっていないけど、元々入りにくい場所だったのならせめてその地域で強い電波を持っている携帯を買う。それでもSignalが立たなかったら、電話を引くしかないんじゃない？ 冷たいかな。

携帯は、場所、地域によって、電波の強弱があり。貴方の住んでる場所は、弱電波地域なのでしょう。
残念ながら、どうにも出来ない事です。
自宅に電話を引くしかないと思うよ。
