アメリカで、お店をオープンしたいと思っています。
そのために、必要となってくるVisaのことで、質問があります。
アメリカ生活経験は、ありますが、学歴は、短大卒です。両親は、私がやりたいお店をは、関係ない分野ですが、会社を経営しております。
投資ビザなどを含めて、必要な金額など情報をお持ちの方、教えてください。

最低$20万ドルあれば、E2が取れると思いますよ。どんな店か、ですが。もしレストランであれば$40から50万ドル必要になるかもしれません。アメリカにいくらでも転がっているような店だとビザは取りにくいです。
両親を出資者、株主にしてコーポレーションを設立し、自分がそこの社長に
就任しE2というのがいいですね。
アメリカ人を雇わないと難しいです。
短大卒でもE2はくれますが、書類作成は大変難しく重要なので、腕利きの
弁護士を見つけて下さい。
