来月日本へ帰国することが決まりました。
そこでいま困っているのが、銀行の口座に多少ドルが残っていることです。今後アメリカに戻る可能は、早くて２年後なので、なるべく損がなく円に換金したいのですが、なにかアドバイスを頂ければと思います。

ロシアから移民してきた人たちを AMERIKAN と呼ぶようですが、それはそれとして、
すぐには戻ってこないので口座をクローズしたいと言うことなのでしょうか。円ドル相場が気になるとしたら、「多少ドルが残って」ではなさそうですね。１００ドルほどなら換金の方法に違いがあっても円で３００円くらいの差でしょうが、１万ドルとなれば３万円も違ってくるので心配でしょう。
決していいアドバイスはありませんが、私の経験から現金を換金するなら、成田の場合、到着口を出たところにある銀行の換金窓口がいいレートでした。LAX の換金窓口のレートはひどいものでした。
でも円ドル相場は半年でかなり大きく変わるので、場合によってはドルのまま持っていていいレートになったときに換金するのも手です。私の場合いつも期待とは逆になるのでやりませんが。

やっぱりアナログですが人と人でその日のレートで交換するのが一番安いですよね。手数料が高い上にレートまで違うからかなりの損害ですよね。シテイバンクなら日本でアカウントを開いてもしかしたらドルの現金でそのままドル預金できるかも知れませんね。ドルの口座とアメリカのアカウントを日本から開けるので、一度問い合わせと見てはいかがでしょうか？
