現在、結婚でのＧＣ（１０年の)を待ってる状態なんですが、パスポートスタンプのエクスパイアも過ぎてるのにまだ来ません。
ｎｏｔｉｃｅ ｏｆ ａｃｔｉｏｎのあと面接必要かのレターも着ていません。
どなたか結婚によるＧＣについて詳しい方、是非アドバイスください。
いちおうＩＮＳに問い合わせた方がいいかと思うんですが、やっぱり朝３時位から並ぶしかないんでしょうか？
そしてこういった場合、どこのぶしょにとい合わせたらいいんでしょう？
最近ＩＮＳにいかれたという方もいらっしゃったら、是非状況を教えてください。

状況が良くわからないのですが、弁護士とかには相談されました？
私は全く違う案件で困っていて、かと言って弁護士にすぐに相談してお金をとられるのも勿体ないと思い、無料でコンサルタントをしてくれる弁護士事務所に相談しました。

パスポートに押された有効期限は一年ですよね？それが過ぎたら早いうちにINSに行って新しいスタンプを押してもらったほうがいいと思います。
電話だと結構たらいまわしなので穴場のアナハイムに行きました。
FWY降りてすぐのところにありしかも空いてる！！
午後最後の方に行くと向こうも帰りたいのかさっさと処理してくれて30分で終わりました。
新しくスタンプ押してもらった一週間後にGC(本物）が届きましたよ。
アメリカで申請した場合はアメリカ人との結婚でも三年くらいかかっているようです。
