会社の売り上げが良くないので転職を考えてます。勤務歴１５年、営業職です。
歳は４５歳になります。特に資格はないので、転職できるのか心配です。英語はネイティブレベルではないので、
日系の仲介業者に登録しておいたほうが良いでしょうか。
知り合いがいうには、あまり期待しないほうがいいよという事です・・
ステータスはGCです。（抽選で当たりました）
皆さんのアメリカでの転職の経験談やアドバイスを頂けると助かります。

日系の仲介業者に何社か登録してみるといいですよ。
私は利用してよかったと思っています。
登録者からお金を取ったりしません。
今は日系社会全体が人不足なので、（求める給料にもよりますが）４５歳以上でも永住権があれば営業職でけっこう仕事はあると思います。

また、就職にはどのくらい時間がかかりましたでしょうか。

エージェントのウェブサイトに求人の一覧が出ていますし、Indeedの英語サイトなどにもエージェントが出している求人広告が多数あります。
その中で、ご自身が興味のある仕事を扱っているエージェントから順番に登録していってはどうですか。
金銭的な事情から、私の場合はあまり仕事を選ばず、オファーをもらえた仕事に即決したため、かかった時間は1カ月ほどでした。
でも、もう少し時間をかけて決めればよかったと思っています。
