I don't think it is available as far as I know, but
check with your mother if she has long-term care insurance.

③ My mother-in-law ended up in a nursing home, but

About 10 years ago,
I felt the same way.

I was full of stress from raising my children, and anxiety about the future.

I had a counselor, Setsuko Yano, but to use HMSA insurance, I first had to get a referral from my family doctor (I think it was my gynecologist)
I think up to 12 visits were free.

Just getting them to listen to you makes a lot of difference.
My son was 1 year old at the time, but I took the plunge and started working full time with him in day care before he turned 2.
The salary and day care cost about the same,
maybe even red.

But I have benefits, and looking to the future, I am very glad I worked.

This is my third free ESL class to give me a reason to get out of the house as I am not working due to EAD yet. Library → North west career college → CCSD （ Currently ）.
The library was the best of the three and I plan to return to the library for November registration, but the ESL at the library has become so popular that I failed two terms of registration on the web because I had to go to the library in person on the day I registered for classes to make a reservation.

In ESL, I don't feel like my conversation skills are improving because I am only learning how to read and write and my conversation is with other students whose English is poor. Also, my classmates are almost all Latino, so I sometimes feel out of place in class.

In addition to ESL classes, there is a Japanese conversation meetup group on Facebook and meetup every Thursday night from 6pm-9pm.
This is a group of native English speakers who are good at Japanese and want to learn. It's a great way to exchange Japanese and English, and I highly recommend it, but for some reason I haven't been able to join recently.
