現在アパートを探しているのですが、やはりどこもかしこも家賃が高いですよね。
そこで質問ですが、契約の際に表示価格よりも安くしてもらえた方、どういった方法で交渉したら家賃を下げてもらえましたか？もしくは家賃自体は下げてもらえなかったけど、駐車場代やその他の費用を数か月分サービスしてもらえたとかでもいいです。交渉の際のコツなどを教えていただければと思います。

＞一年分の家賃を前払いで先に収めるとかすれば交渉できる立場になるかもですね
確か、6ヶ月分以上の家賃の前払いは受け取れない条項があると
聞いた事があります。

なんで毎年家賃が5%あがるの？
全てのアパートがそうなの？
毎年100ドル以上あがる。

新規にロサンゼルスに留学などで来られる方は
どのように家賃を工面しているのでしょうか。
友達などでシェアするにしても個室なら我慢できるが
リビングルームに住むのは
プライベートが保てないのでは。
