小東京タワーに入居したい、という話をよく聞くのですが
ここに入居するとどんなメリットがあるのでしょうか。
家賃は収入の３０％と聞いたことがありますが。
医者が常駐しているわけでも無いし体調を崩して寝込むと完全看護してもらえるわけでもないし。
ランチは高齢者昼食で安いですが
夜食は食事も自分で材料を買って来て作らねばならないのでは。
ただ近くに歩いて買物に行けるメリットはあると思いますが。
レストランが多くても毎日レストランで食事しないし。
高齢者が多く住んでいてもリトル東京のビジネスには結びつかないし。
何年も待って入居するメリットがあるのでしょうか。
