まずはじめに言っとくけど、俺は太ってます。身長180cmで、体重は120kgある。お世辞にも普通とは言えない。しかしこれでも痩せたんだ。最高の時は150kg以上はあった。測れる計りがなかったけどな。
話はズバリデブについて。
なんかのニュースで見たが、ある航空会社が太った客に2席分の運賃を請求した話、知ってるかい？そこでそれはアリかナシかってことなんだ。
実際俺も最高の時は１人分のエコノミーは辛かった。けどだ。なんらかの病気でとか、身障者ならいざ知らず、デブが太ったのは自分と育てた親の責任だろ？俺も責任は感じている。食べるのが好きなのに、自己管理をしていなかったからな。だから、デブはデブと呼ばれても可哀想だけど仕方ないがも事実。イヤなら痩せろよってことだ。
人間の本来あるべき標準体重ってものがあるだろ？暴食しなきゃ、みんなその範囲内にいられるんだ。越えてしまったのは自分の責任だ。だからデブは差別じゃない。欲に弱い人間なのだ。甘やかしてはいけないと、思う。男女関係なく、みんなの意見が聞きたい。
俺は知らないが、太ってしまう病気があるなら、それは例外だぞ！

私も街中歩くの大好きなんです｡でもLAは車社会だし､ダウンタウンは危険が多いので残念｡歩きながら町の雰囲気を味わうのは､すごく気持ちがいいです｡

そうそう大股で歩くのはいいらしいですね！ 胸張って大股で歩くと姿勢がよくなるから見た目もかっこいいし!!!
ダウンタウンは確かにちょっと歩くの怖いかも。。 海辺とかはどーですか？！ サイクリングコースはあるみたいだけど。

そんな都会もシーサイドもここにはないですけど、早速明日から歩く時に大股にしてみます。
