Texas is similar to here in California, one step out of the city and the desert is endless.

In Oklahoma, I had business in Muskogee, a town in the middle of the countryside. I took a rental car from the Oklahoma City Airport

and drove along the endless highway in the desert.

I felt like I was on the wrong road, and finally I came across a house along the road

where a grandmother was sitting in the sun on an easy chair. <2067> I asked her which way to go, but I had no idea if she had an accent or was just blurting it out.

Well, I felt like I was in the bosom of true America on that trip.

Once a week, there is a yoga class at the Multipurpose Senior Center, which is managed and operated by the City of LA.

In addition to yoga classes, there are painting and other hobby classes, and free lunch is available, but the taste is not good at all. I used to be the only Japanese person who went here before Corona, but back then there used to be 15 ～ 20 people there every time. Now there are at most 8. I was almost the only man. The members who used to come before Corona no longer come. Some of them were over 80 years old at that time, but I think they are no longer in this world.
