If you have not received any response or contact from the UI Office and would like to make a request through the Ige State Governor or Legislator, the following is a list of contacts again. We also reiterate the contact information for the UI office and the handbook.

If you would like to speak to the UI Office, please also speak to the Ige State Governor and your local legislators. I personally feel that the inconsistent and disjointed information sharing from the UI office to the call center has caused confusion for everyone. However, there is a limit to what a small group of people on the responsible team, including myself, can do, and the only way to get things moving is for your voice to reach the heart of the Hawaii government.

The 1099-G forms for the 2020 tax return will be mailed around January 27, and we recommend that you double check your 1099-G form contents to make sure they match your past filings. If they are not, please contact the UI office.

If you have an accountant filing your tax return, please be sure to give this 1099-G form to your accountant. If you are filing your own tax return, please check the IRS website to find out how to fill out this form, as it may be slightly different from the way it was filled out in previous years. This is a very important tax return, so please do not use this topic to ask questions about how to input your tax return, but rather consult with your accountant.

I went to Japan for a month and a half last August.
I returned to Hawaii at the end of September
I claimed after 2 weeks of quarantine
I am always getting location confirmations and calling each time.
I can't get PENDING from my file without calling.
