During the corona period, I suddenly could not raise my left arm, so I went to see Kaiser and was diagnosed with a frozen shoulder. I went to Kaiser Physical Therapy for a while, but it never got better, so I stopped going there.

Later, when my corona had settled down, I went to see an osteopath in Japan and was diagnosed with a supraspinatus rotator cuff injury. I went to the hospital every day for electric therapy, massage, and exercises using equipment, and I got a little better. One day at a super public bath, a Korean lady gave me a lymphatic massage as a service, and for the first time in two years, my left arm, which had not been able to come up for two years, came back to its normal position.

Now I have pain and numbness in my right arm, and when I saw Kaiser last week, I had an x-ray that day and a nerve test later that day. I was also told to get Physical Therapy so I made an appointment.

I have also had physical therapy and massage without insurance, but it sometimes made my symptoms worse, so if you have Kaiser insurance, why not see Kaiser first? They will refer you to the right department and doctor for your pain and symptoms.

Stiff shoulders and neck can be a sign of subarachnoid hemorrhage.
If it is just fatigue, that is fine, but please go to the hospital and get checked out as soon as possible just to be safe.

Silver Sneakers and Silver ＆ Fit are not gyms, they are Insurance programs.
If you have Medicare Supplement or Advantage, it comes with it.
With that, you can go to most franchise gyms for free. That's what I mean.

I joined a personal trainer-guided online gym about 6 months ago for weight loss purposes.
Instead of going to the gym, I train at home with my own body weight and diet.
After much online research and comparison, I signed up with a Japanese online gym, but there were many more online gyms in the U.S. itself.

In my various searches, I found quite a few online gyms that offered not only training at home, but also going to the gym and providing personal training using machines in real time from the gym via smartphone or tablet, and also offered a personal training program that would be suitable for me if I answered multiple questions There were also online gyms where you could answer multiple questions and they would recommend a trainer （ and of course you could select your gender ） as well.
Since you said you would like a personal trainer for a couple of sessions, you might want to look for a plan that allows you to sign up for a short term contract.

I had Invisalign braces.
The price the dentist quoted me was $6500 and my insurance covered $1000, so
I paid myself $5500.
Later, when I was checking my insurance bill, I realized that the amount of the bill that insurance allowed was about $4500
I showed the bill to the dentist myself and got about $1000 back.
