こんにちは！
先週ロサンゼルスに引っ越してきました。語学学校へはbigbluebusで通うため、最寄りのメトロで、tap cardを購入し、その場で30days 100$をチャージ。
次の日、bigbluebusを使用しようとしたらつかえず、、、調べてみたらmetro busとbigbluebusは経営が違うので購入した30 days free passではbigbluebusは使えないと知りました。
tap cardにメールで問い合わせるも返事がなく、電話したのですが英語がわからず困っています。
買い方をよく調べなかった自分が悪いのですが、どなたか返金ができるのかどうかご存知の方いらっしゃいますでしょうか？

足運ばなくても、上のTaptogo.netのサイトで自分のカードの残高とかチェックできますよ。
私はそうしてます。カードをリロードするのもそこでしてます。

トピ主さんが買ったのは、メトロのみで有効の３０日間乗り放題パスですね。
このページの右側に英語以外の問い合わせ番号があり、日本語も入っています。（323-466-3876）

電話の日本語担当者がいない場合は、英語のできる人と一緒にカスタマーセンターに行くしかないですね。

返金がダメな場合は、サンタモニカバスでも使えるように$100を普通にチャージし直してもらえないか交渉してみるといいと思います。
今のTapを使うと３０日間パスが開始されてしまうので、カスタマーサービスへ行く時の運賃は現金で払って下さい。
返金や変更が可能かは分からないのですが、未使用な限り交渉の余地はあると思います。

ちなみにサンタモニカバスのパスを購入できるのはここだけのようです。

普通の３０日間乗り放題パスは$50ですね。
プロムナードやピアのすぐ近くなので、購入ついでに観光も楽しめますよ^^
