こんにちわ。
専門ではないので確実ではありませんが多分難しいと思います。Ｆ１からＭならまだ可能かもしれませんが、先に資格が取れるＭでその後Ｆだとアメリカで働くかもしれないという可能性があるため多分ビザの発行してくれないと思います。できるならばＦでアメリカへ行き、資格が取れる学校を探したほうがＢＥＴＴＥＲだと思います。
