Vivinavi Los Angeles洗車場に悩んでいます

新車のＡＬＴＩＭＡを購入しました。
汚れてしまったので洗車をしたいのですが、こだわりがあり自分が日本で使い慣れた洗車用具や洗車シャンプーを使い自分で手洗い洗車をしたいです。
問題はアパート住まいで自宅では洗車ができません。
日本の場合はコイン洗車場などで手洗いできますが、ＬＡのコイン洗車場は基本「ＮＯ ＨＡＮＤ ＷＡＳＨ」「ＮＯ ＢＵＣＫＥＴ」の表示があり、自分の持ち込みで洗車が禁止となっております。
サウスベイのコイン洗車場をネットなので検索し、場所を調べていくのですがこれまで全部だめでした。
サウスベイ以外も探したのですが、なかなか見つかりません。
「持ち込みはあきらめて、コイン洗車場の備付ブラシ、ソープで洗車すれば」
「１００％hand washでやってもらえば」
「誰か一軒家とか持ってる友達の家で頼めば」
「洗車機に入れちゃえば」
というご回答はご遠慮ください。（それらがしたくないので相談していることをご理解ください）
質問は単純に「持ち込み禁止でない自分で洗車できるコイン洗車場、または洗車できる場所」を探しております。
日本では当たり前にできることがアメリカでできなことは重々承知です。ですのでここで相談しております。いい情報があれば教えてください。よろしくお願いします。

＞シートカーバーを購入するのもそれなりにお金かかりますし、
またシートカバーを装着＆脱着するのも手間（特に朝の出勤時）なので、
何かいい方法あれば教えてくださいませ。
車は週に１～２日しか乗らない程度で脱着するのも手間って言われても。
