Hビザの取得では平均給与の支払い義務がありますよね?
日系企業の場合、信じられないくらい給料が安いけどどういうことなんでしょうか?明らかに平均給与を下回ってるのに違反にならないんですか?

H1でも、JOBタイトルによっては＄14てのもありますよ。
時給＄40とかすごい高いのもあるのも事実。

時給$40.00...高そうに感じますが、1日8時間労働で$320.00。 週5勤で4週間だとすると。。。概算で月給6000～7000ドル。 年収7万ドル前後。
そこそこの会社の管理職クラスなら。。。
しかし その金額も現在の日本円に換算してしまうと、日本のサラリーマンの平均的な年収になってしまうんですよねぇ。

時給$14くらいのJobタイトルではH1Bの「特殊技能者」に該当せずVisaそのものが取れないと思う。
というより申請対象にすらならないのでは?
