7月に一時帰国する者です。
毎年お世話になっている日本の方々へ、ギフトカンパニーを使ってチェリーを送っています。
今年は配達時期が日本滞在期間と重なるので、自分でチェリーを持って行くことはできないかと考えています。
持ち出し・持ち込みが禁止されているわけでもなさそうなので、検疫に通せば持ち込み可能だと思っているのですが、持ち込み経験者がいらっしゃればアドバイスもらえませんか。
よろしくお願いします。

私には詳しいことはわかりませんが、果物は他州から持って来たり、持って行ったりするのでさえも規制がかかっていますので、外国はさすがに無理じゃないですか?

だいぶ前にオレンジとグレープフルーツは
持って帰ったことがありますが、成田で検疫官が白い
手袋をして一個一個確かめていました。ちょっとでも
押されて柔らかい部分があるとそれは捨てられましたね。
今はもう持って帰れないようです。(持って帰れるフルーツを
手配してくれた会社がもう無いみたいです）。
オレンジ、グレープフルーツでもそうなので、もっとデリケートな
チェリーは無理だと思いますよ

持ち出す国や果物の種類によって異なります。
残念ながら、サクランボは持込み禁止のようです。

そもそもサクランボは衝撃に弱く傷みやすいので、業者に頼んだ方が無難かと思います。
今年の日本の夏は電力制限令は回避されたものの、厳しい電力需給状況です。
節電対策を取るため、昨夏よりも暑い夏なることが見込まれています。
生モノの持込みや体調管理にはお気をつけ下さいね。

日本で知人たちに最初に会う際に手渡すお土産になればと思っていましたが、たあいかにフルーツの痛みなどを考えると、業者さんに頼むのが確実ですね。
