こんちわ、１月中旬にサンタモニカに移るので、インターネットで必死にｱﾊﾟｰﾄ検索してたんだけど、ほとんどのＳＭのｱﾊﾟｰﾄは１ｂｒでも１０００とか普通だったんだけど、あるサイトでのｱﾊﾟｰﾄ検索結果にビックリ。１ｂｒやSTUDIOでも６００や７００でした。あまりにも他のｱﾊﾟｰﾄに比べて安いので、ちょっと怪しいと思ったんですけど、大丈夫ですよね？？１９ｔｈ ST,とか２ND ST。でバスストップにもビーチにもSMCにも近くて、BR７００ドルです。ひょっとして、そこらへんは治安が悪いとかですか？？もう、ほぼ決定しようと思ってるんですが、やはりプライスは治安に影響してるのでしょうか？？教えて下さい！！今日、夜に不動産屋に電話して聞く予定ですが。。。一応みなさんに。。。

聞く価値はあると思いますが、多分一番安い値段の部屋は借りれないと思いますよ。。そこのアパート部屋の値段は$○○〜$○○まであるってだけで。。
実は私もそのサイト利用したことあるんですが、どれも載っている値段より高かったです。納得いかなかったですけどね(笑)。
