高齢の方は、医療費怖くないですか？検査によっても保険がきくきかないあって、日本に比べて本当に気が休まりません。
リタイアは日本に戻ることも考えてます。
あと、Annual check upはやっていますが、人間ドックみたいなのは皆さんやられてますか？

更年期 女性 40代
頭痛と吐き気に襲われた時飲む薬があったら教えてください。予防とかで効果があったなど。頭痛がくると何も手につきません。。

Mさん、もしかして偏頭痛ではないですか？頭が痛くなる前に視覚に変化がおこり光が駄目だったり、吐き気がして音に敏感になったりというのがあれば偏頭痛かもしれません。もしお医者さんにみてもらってなければ一度相談してみてください。特効薬はないようですがサプリや薬などでマシになるようです。娘がそうでまだ未成年なので使える薬が限られてるのですが、大人であれば新薬ができたといったニュースを聞くので使える薬の幅も広いのではと思います。お大事に。

偏頭痛も持っています。ただ今回は偏頭痛とはちょっと違っていて、自己判断ではわからないですが、年齢と他の症状から更年期のせいではないかと思っています。
ちなみにもし覚えていましたら、新薬の名前を教えていただけますか？

医者に言わせるとこれは片頭痛の一種だが痛みを伴わないものだそうです。よって時や環境に関係なく症状が出てきます。時により1年近く出なかったり1月に数度時間に関係なく症状を出すこともあり、視界の中にキラキラした模様が出てきて視力が落ち頭の一部が痛くわないが重く感じてきます。
医者はこれは治しようがなく不快感を紛らわす薬しか出せないと言われました。速い時は数分で、長い時でも15分ぐらいで消えます。まぁ死ぬまで仲良くお付き合いするしかないようです。

Mさん新薬の名前は覚えてなかったのでググったところ今年FDAに承認されたのがReyvowと出たのでこれだと思います。https://www.fda.gov/news-events/press-announcements/fda-approves-new-treatment-patients-migraine
更年期の変調はやはりお医者さんに相談された方がよいと思いますよ。偏頭痛でない頭痛の原因である可能性ありそうだということですし。症状によってはサプリメントでよくなったりするのでそういったことを総合的にみてもらえると思うので。
