新しい道交法では、厳しい処罰になってるのですが、行政処分になったというのは、懲役も、あり得るということでしょうか？検察に呼び出しが かかったわけではないのですが。懲役の処罰が 降りる場合は、刑事処分という表現になるのでしょうか？どなたか、早急に 教えてください。行政処分についての、サイトは 何故か、見れなくなってます。

端的に言うと、罰金から懲役までを行政処分ｔいいます。テロ以降交通の処分も厳しくなりました。ちなみに、ある知人は駐車違反の納付を怠り（50ドル）スピ-ド違反で捕まった時点で逮捕され72時間拘留されてしまいました。幸い、金銭的に余裕があったため弁護士を雇い釈放されましたが、そうでない場合は労役を負わされます。
映画ではないが、現実問題収監されると日本人は女性の替りとして恐ろしいほどに手厚くかわいがられます。
泣いて気がおかしくなるか、流されるかどちらか、だそうです。
ですから、そうなると悲しいし、再度渡米の際間違いなく、入国拒否され数年はヴィザも発給されないでしょ。

＃１の内容では分かりにくいのですが、道交法とういう事なので、恐らく単なるTrafic Ticketなので、懲役になる事はありえません、但し、支払い義務を怠ると、もちろん警察に罰金＋追徴金を支払うまで拘束されます。勿論、拘束されている訳ですから、誰か友人に頼んで、現金を用意してもらうか、Bondの発行をしてもらうかの手続きになるのですが、その前に、とりあえず指定の裁判所に行って罰金を払って、trafic schoolに行けば問題ないでしょう。ちなみに裁判所ではインターネットで出来るtrafic schoolの情報もくれるはずです。
