今さっき、友人に頼まれて友人の車で用事をする途中で自損事故を起こしてしまいました。駐車場でお店の外壁にぶつかりました。同乗者はいません。
その場で、お店の人と一緒に保険会社に連絡しましたが、後日連絡するとのこと。警察は呼びませんでした。
友人の車はフルカバレージの保険です。 これって、車と外壁の修理代は降りるのでしょうか？
私も首と頭が痛いのですが、治療費は降りるのでしょうか？
どなたかご経験のある方お願いします！

保険を使うとその友人の保険代が５年間は倍くらいの保険代になりますがご存知ですか？
治療費を請求する場合は、事故現場ですぐに救急車か警察を呼んでレポートを書いてもらわないと保険金はおりません。

事故を起こしたのはあなたなので責任はあなたにあります。
ただ事故を起こした車が友人の車ということで、友人の車の保険が適応できます。友人の許可が必要です、もちろん。
もしくはあなたの保険でカバーすることができるはずです。限度額などはあなたの車と同じくらいにしか払われないと思いますが。
普通の人は事故を起こした本人の車の保険でどうにかしようとするものですが、あなたはそうではないようですので、友人から裁判で訴えられたりするのではないでしょうか。車の賠償とかいろいろ。
人に車を貸すということはそう言ったリスクがあります。ましてあなたみたいな人に貸してしまった友人はある意味自己責任ですよね。
友人の車を使った理由がなんであれ運転していて事故したのはあなたです。

駐車違反でもそうだけど、最終的には車の所有者が責任を持ちます。
車を貸した方も悪いんです、結局。
法的には車の所有者の責任になります。
友人同士でどうするかはまた別。
