Re-entry permit を申請しようとしている者です。
書類のI-131に記入している最中なのですが、ちょっと疑問に思った事があるので、質問させてください。(re-entry permit の受け取りは日本の領事館での受け取り希望です。)
Where do you want this travel document sent?
a. To the us adress shown in part 1 on first page of this form.
b. To a us Embassy or consulate at. City________. Country________
c. To DHS office overseas at. City_________. Country__________
とあるのですが、日本の領事館で受け取りたい場合bに印をつけ、city 沖縄、country に日本という風に記入すればよいのでしょうか??
日本と沖縄という情報だけで、アメリカの領事館は、沖縄の領事館へ送付してくれるのでしょうか?
情報をシェアーして頂けたら助かります。

書類に、そう書いてあるんだったら、送ってくれるということですね。
この場合、Cityの欄は、Naha となります。
米国総領事館は、コザ（沖縄市）ではなく、那覇にありますので。

レスありがとうございます！！cityにはNaha と記入ですね！county には日本と記入であってると思うのですが、そうなると沖縄って記入する所がないんですよんね。。ちゃんと届くか心配です。。

Countyは日本じゃないでしょ?

おっと、在沖米国総領事館(U.S. Consulate General Naha)は、正確には、
那覇ではなく、北郊の「浦添」にあるんですね。
Nahaだけというのがどうしても気になるのでしたら、Naha, Okinawa と書いたらどうですか?
（アメリカの city, stateの感覚で。）
日本において、市の名前だけ書いて、「どこに届くのかわからない」心配があるのは、Fuchu（府中） と、
Date（伊達）だけです。（郵便番号を書かなかった場合。）
