アメリカ人と結婚する場合、何から手続きを始めればいいのでしょうか。
右も左もわからない状態です。
とりあえず法律的にクリアにしなければいけないことを簡単でいいので教えて頂けたらと思います。
当方F1ビザ、相手はアメリカ国民です。
後、昔からよくアメリカ映画で挙式などの費用は花嫁側が持つような感じなのですがそこら辺はどうなんだろう。。。さらにアメリカ人と結婚した方達に質問なのですが、お財布の管理はどちらがしているのですか？というか自分で稼いだお金は自分が管理、みたいな決まりとかあるのでしょうか。。

結婚に関しては、法律的な制約は何もありません。
強いて挙げれば、年齢が一定に達していることと、未婚であること（再婚の場合は離婚が成立していること）、異性同士であることでしょうか。
それ以外は、国籍、人種、滞在ステイタスなどは全く問われません。最近は同性での結婚を認めている地域もあるようですが...。

安くすませるなら役所内のチャペルルームで数十ドルですみます。
とりあえず結婚による永住権の申請を考えてるなら早めにすませることをおすすます。結婚証明書がくるまでけっこう時間がかかるので。挙式はどのくらいの規模かによってだいぶかわるでしょうね。うちはほぼだんなさまが払います。共稼
ぎをしてますが、彼は私の倍のかせぎがあるので生活費もほとんど彼がだし、私の給料からは一定額を貯蓄にまわしてます。特に一般的なきまりはないとは思いますが、＃２の方のいうように話し合いで２人が納得すれば問題はないでしょう。結婚して半年たちましたが今のところそれでうまくいってます。
