Vivinavi Los Angeles携帯の故障、どうしよう！！

今朝、自分の不注意から、２週間前に買ったばかりの携帯を、水たまりの中に一瞬だけ落としてしまいました。落とした直後にすぐ拾い上げたんですが、ボタンをおしても言う事を聞いてくれなくて、さっきから変な音をピーッと出しては、勝手に電源が切れてしまいます。このような場合、携帯を買ったところに持っていって、『壊れた』（本当は壊した）と言ったら、また新しい電話を買えと言われるだけなのでしょうか？それとも、落とした事実を言わないで『勝手に壊れた』と言ったら、お店の人は中を調べたり、工場に修理に出したりするのでしょうか？自分のドジで壊して、ホントバカだと思います。でも買って２週間しか経ってないだけに、くやしーのです。買ったばかりの携帯電話が、壊れてしまったあことのある方、自分はこうした！結局こうなった、など、お話聞かせて下さい。宜しくお願いします。

Sprintの携帯なんですが、昨日友達から電話がかかってきて、途中で通話が切れてから、「No service」と表示されるようになり、まったく通話ができなくなりました。こういうことってあるんですか？
先月買ったばかりなので、料金の滞納とかではないんですが...

レスしてくれた皆様、ありがとうございます。契約した時の紙を見たら、保険に入っていたので、今日、お店で新しい携帯に変えてもらえることになりました。電話できなくて、カナリ昨日はブルーだったのですが、今日はホッとしています。お騒がせしてスミマセンでしたー！

おれも同じ事があったよ。買って2週間くらいなのに、ノーサービスって表示。結局、一回電源切ってみたら、普通に使えた。ちなみ、おれにはMotorolaの携帯。

私の場合、電源を切っても使えなかったので、買ったところの店に相談に行ったら、即新しいのと交換してくれました。
そしたら「次の日に前の箱（携帯の入ってた箱）を返しに来てね。」と言われた。
また足を運ばなければいけないのかー。
何だか面倒くさい。うちはスプリントです。
