ウォーターグリルの生牡蠣は最高！って噂には聞いていたけど、たいしたことなかったって意見もここであるようなので、行こうかどうか迷います。私も生牡蠣大好きで、ビバリーセンター１階にある『UBON』レストランで、よく食べてますよ。時期によって大きさはまちまちですが、おいしいのは確実です。あと、サンタモニカビーチピアの入り口にある『The Robster』にもありますね。それとマリブの『Gladstone's』もいいですね。バケツに入って出て来るのがワイルドで好きです。

レドンドビーチのピアの所に（ピアの上のレストランではなく、ピアに向かって右手階下）フィッシュマーケットみたいのがあります。そこには何種類課の牡蠣が水槽に入っていて一個から買えて、おっちゃんがその場で殻を開いてくれます。一個＄１くらいからあって、時々食べに行ってます。生きたウニもいたりするし。
