プロパティタックスの支払いのお知らせが来ました。12月10日までに半額、来年の4月12日までに半額の2回に分けての支払いです。（両方で$８,０００弱）このコロナ渦の中、失業中で失業保険を受給しているにも関わらず、生活も厳しいです。泣き言ではないのですが、毎月の銀行への支払い、HOAと年末の固定資産税等。就職活動をしておりますが、以前よりは条件の良い仕事に出逢えません。私同様の悩みをお持ちの方々もいらっしゃると思います。持家を売却せず良い知恵があればどうか伝授して下さい。

仕事を選り好みしている場合じゃないのでは？
後は部屋を人に貸して収入を得るとか。

とてもとても失礼ながらですが、預貯金などはしておられないのですか？
Property Taxが年間8000ドル近い物件を買えるということはそれなりの世帯年収があると思うのですが・・・？ 失業保険の追加支援もかなり手厚い内容だったかと。
専門家に家計診断をしてもらった上で、住宅にかかる支払いの割合が収入に対して大きすぎないか改めて検証されてはいかがでしょうか。

期日迄に支払えなければ銀行がモーゲージにプラスして 請求来ますよ 毎月$8000/12 足されて。家の支払いが済んでいれば良いですが未だでしたら家の所有者は銀行なので銀行も税金未納で国税庁に差し置さえされたくないので
そうなると言い訳出来なくなりますよ

多分銀行に相談すればローンの支払いは猶予してくれると思いますよ。この状況なので裁判所も銀行による不動産の取り押さえを認めないとどこかで読みました。HOAなんかも猶予をネゴシエーションしてみたらどうですか。アメリカは結構ゴリ押しが通りますよ。
