After filing Reactivate a Claim, it is OK if the employer information that resulted in a complete termination disappears when filing each week.

Yes, I think it would be okay to have the paid portion deposited as soon as possible before you are completely laid off. Paid work always tends to be treated as Overpayment later if you don't report the work correctly. It is better to tell the employer in advance that you will report the paid work for this week's payroll at the end of the week to avoid complications later.

Also, if you have severance pay as well, have it deposited after you are completely terminated. That way, you don't have to do any labor reports for severance pay.

As we told you in #3, temporary termination and full termination only change the status, so the WBA and the payment period will not change. So, unless there is a new problem, such as turning down a new job offer letter, applying from out of state, or a Glitch on the part of the UI office, you will be credited.

However, I have heard from the Unemployment Insurance Help Team that there are so many people who have been completely laid off this year, so I would like to make this special advice for Rainbow and everyone else who has been completely laid off.

If you have already completed the complete dismissal process with your File a Claim Certification application for the end of April 3, try to open the next File a Claim Certification to the stage just before you press the Submit button. Check to see if the employer information is missing. If the employer information is gone, you do not need to Reactivate a Claim. If not, you need to apply for Reactivate a Claim.
*The above procedure has been changed since the UI system was upgraded last winter.

① Complete termination on March 31
② Complete termination on the File a Claim Certification application due April 3
③ File a Claim due April 10 Certification Application, just before clicking the Submit button, check if the employer's information is missing. If it is gone, you do not need to apply for Reactivate a Claim.
④ If the employer information has not disappeared, apply for Reactivate a Claim for complete termination （ If you cannot apply for Reactivate a Claim due to the expiration of Benefit Year End ）
⑤ File a Claim Certification application by the April 10 deadline
⑥ File a Claim Certification application by the April 17 deadline Certification application for April 17 by the deadline

Note:
●File a Claim Certification applications are due every Saturday. Please make sure to apply before the deadline.

If you have been paid since you obtained unemployment insurance, you can answer YES. Paid pay falls under "residual pay".

If the employer information disappears on your next File a Claim Certification application, you are done. Alternatively, you can open the Reactivate a Claim application until you are about to click the submit button to check if the employer information is missing.

I don't know how many days it will take this year when the UI system is upgraded, but last year, there were many cases where the employer information disappeared 2 or 3 days after the Reactivate a Claim application was submitted.

4/24 was approved immediately after application.

I tried to apply for 5/1 today, but it seems to have been changed to Biweekly.
