私は#2さんじゃないですが。
働きたいと思うホテルのHPに行って、トップページの下とか目立たないところにある"Careers"というリンクを開けると、募集中の仕事や応募方法が書いてあるはずです。

ハウスメイドさんのことですね。 あれはかなり高給でして。 大きなホテルだとユニオンメンバーになりバケーションファンドもバカになりません。 ヒルトンなんかは社員のバケーションには無料で提供するそうです。 ユニオンの保険があると医療費はかなり減りますね。 当然、かなりの競争率だし、優秀な経歴も必要、良い推薦状も必要。

簡単になれる仕事じゃないんですね。スーパーの従業員といい、パートでいけるのかな?と思う仕事は、やっぱり競争率激しいんですね。なにか、得られやすいパートの仕事ってないでしょうか。資格があれば比較的なりやすい仕事とか。
