始めてKombuchaを買いました。炭酸？発酵？ わかりませんが炭酸のように泡立つのはどのKombuchaも同じでしょうか？
あと、アルコール入とアルコール無しがあり、アルコール無しを買いましたが、かなりアルコールが入ってましたが、原因は発酵してるからでしょうか？
私はアルコールに弱くアルコール無しのKombuchaを飲んだのに、顔が真っ赤になりかなり強いアルコール分が入ってた状態と同じになりました。
これも発酵が原因だからでしょうか・・にしてもノンアルコールで売り出してるのにかなり強いアルコールです。
朝飲んでしまったので、大失敗でした。
賞味期限内で、購入してすぐ飲みましたが、まさか発酵し過ぎでこうなった？ とかかと思い、どなたかご存知の方いらっしゃるかと思い質問しました。

FDA/FAA的にはアルコール度数が0.5％未満であれば全て『ノンアルコール』です。コンブチャは製造過程でどうしてもアルコール発酵のプロセスを経ますのでノンアルでもお酒に弱い方は体に影響を与えるかもしれませんね。泡立つのもアルコール発酵の所為なので、どのコンブチャでも同じです。
参考になるかわかりませんが、ハーゲンダッツのラム・レーズン味のアルコール度数は1.6％が公式発表です。
発酵しすぎたコンブチャは確かにアルコール度数も高まりますが、飲んだら『酢っ！！』ってなるくらいキツいです。
あと人間はプラシーボ効果でも酔います。

一回仕事中に飲んでいて気分が悪くなったことがありますw 確かSFのどこかのブランドでした。
そんなに酒に弱い方ではないのですが、発酵度や感じ方はブランドによってだいぶ違います。
瓶に入ったクラフトコンブチャっぽいのは注意した方がいいです。結構強いことがあります。
フードランドファームズやホールフーズにあるコンブチャonタップはオススメです♪
