以前メキシコ人女性とメキシコの法律で結婚しました。その時のビザは
私がH-1、彼女はH-4でした。その後2002年に彼女は勝手にメキシコに帰り、離婚手続きは彼女がすると言いました。
その後私は2004年に日本人女性と結婚してH-4を取得させました。その時はImmigrationには前妻との離婚証明書なしにH-4を取れました。2011年に夫婦共に永住権が取れましたが、もし前妻との離婚が成立していない場合は前妻がもし、Immigrationにまだ離婚が成立していないと申し出た場合には二重結婚として我々夫婦の永住権は取り上げられるのでしょうか?実は前妻のメキシコ人女性が最近Facebookを
通じてメキシコから連絡をしてきたのです。
