My son is 50 years old, but he was born and raised here.

He has friends in the construction industry, and when we wanted to fix a part of our house,

he would bring someone from that industry to help us.

Thank you all. As Baikinman said, I have seen houses nearby that have been constructed and thought they were nice. There was a house in my neighborhood that had been completely renovated, outside and inside, almost everything except the frame.

According to the City of Honolulu's information,
you must first take a provisional （ paper test ） which will allow you to drive conditionally.

Moped 50CC and under, or Class 1, doesn't require a license. However, under 50CC, I think you had to take a practical training course.
