I can't do John or Mary. You have to write it alphabetically.

John is possible, but it is a man's name.

In Korean, you can write Jeon, Jeong, or Jong as a woman's name.

I think it has something to do with service, but the return system. Most stores in the U.S. allow smooth returns within about 30 days, even if the item is unboxed.
