I finally received it about the next day after I arrived in Japan. But for some reason I could not log in to my account and I have not seen the results yet. I talked to NomiHealth chat about not being able to log in to my account, but they told me to call them instead of chatting. I haven't called them because I am still in Japan, but since I am already in Japan, I guess I don't care if I can't see the results. I will not use the free PCR test from FleaHealth anymore because it took more than 72 hours to receive the results, no matter how free it is.

I have told her that she should be careful about Japanese people because of flight departures.

The Ala Moana Shopping Center testing location is closed on Sundays and results are not available on those days, so please be careful if you need results on the day of your flight departure.
From what I read,
it was not on Sunday, and it was 72 hours overdue.
To prevent this from happening,
I will let you know where the test was done and the date and time it was taken.

If we know the test location, date and time of collection, we will know who was in charge of collecting the samples and informing us of the results.

I have been tested several times this year at Flea Health ≪Alamoana∩.

The most recent one,
I was tested at 2:00 pm on 12/1/19 and received the results at 6:30 am on 12/3/19.

Until then, I had always received the results in about 20 hours on average, so I underestimated them.
After 24 hours had passed, I called Flea Health and was told
"For the Hawaii test, it used to be around 24 hours, but now you should expect it to take 48-72 hours"
.
As a result, I received it just in time on the morning of my departure, which was good, but I would recommend getting it done as soon as possible.

Dear sakai,

Thank you for sharing. As you said, PCR is usually supposed to come in 48-72 hours. It would be safer to have the results collected earlier by counting backward 72 hours to the flight departure time, instead of assuming that the results will come the next day after the collection.

#6 Dear friend from Nomi Health
We were tested at Ala Moana at 11:45AM on 12/14(水) and received the notification of the test results at 11:54AM on 12/18(日).

By the way, when we took the test at Ala Moana, there was no one else taking the test but us and it was a rattle.

We had an early morning flight on the 17th (Sat.), so we called Nomi Health on the 16th (Fri.). They replied that there are cases of sometimes just before 72 hours, but in the end I could not make it within 72 hours.

I think it must have been really difficult
to have to pay for the test at the last minute after all.

If anyone has recently had a PCR done at Nomi in Ala Moana, could you please let me know how long it takes to get the results?

I was going to check the hours on the website and I know they are closed on Sundays, but is the Ala Moana testing center now closed on Saturdays as well ？
I was unable to select Saturday and Sunday on the calendar when making an appointment. I was getting worried because I thought that going for an exam on a Saturday would be ideal.
I checked other inspection sites and it seems that Waikele does it on Saturdays and Sundays, so I am wondering if I have no choice but to go to Waikele...but I would like to take it in Honolulu if possible.

Please let me know if you know of any other free PCR testing sites in Honolulu for people returning to Japan.

Dear PCR test
For your information, since it seems to be difficult to get a response. After I posted this topic, until recently, I have received DMs from several people asking "I also took the test at Flea Health, but the test result is not available in time for my flight. It seems that Japan's border control measures will be abolished on May 8, so we have to be patient for a little while longer.

Thank you for your concern. We are not sure what will happen, so we have arranged a backup plan as well. I am glad that we will soon be able to travel without this kind of harassment.
