I'm a homeowner now, but when I was a renter before, I wasn't
told about pest control, and it wasn't in my contract. I don't think it is common in Hawaii, but it depends on the contract. We did at least clean the apartment when we moved out, but that was it.

Again, look over the contract and see if there is pest control. And again, get someone fluent in English to strongly tell you why the renter needs to do this.

Please read the contract.
When pest control is imposed, for example, if there are currently cockroaches or other pests in the apartment that were not there at the beginning of the lease, the tenant may be found to be at fault and be liable for the cost of dealing with the problem.
If it is clearly stated in the contract, you will be liable for the cost of dealing with the problem.　Even if it is not, if there is a legitimate reason to be charged, it is considered necessary as well as the cleaning at the time of leaving the room.
You may not know this, but cockroaches and ants can be eliminated by pest control, unless they are very bad.　If the whole condo is in bad shape, it may take longer to get rid of them or
they may appear here and there over time, so the frequency may be higher than others. However, it is quite effective, so sometimes it is just an excuse for both the lender and the renter because it is in Hawaii.

A, most things you might take on a trip, such as a PC, are now DUAL VOLTAGE. （ I think it says something like 100v-240v. ）
Electric toothbrushes such as Sonicare can be bought in either country.
So there is no problem with the voltage whether you buy it in Japan or in the US.
However, sometimes the shape of the plugs of American products are different
so you may need a conversion plug for that ？ or so.

I was thinking that it would be better to buy something in Yen that can be bought in Japan because of the weak Yen and strong US dollar, but

if a PC bought in Japan is not guaranteed in the US, it is still better to buy in the US.

I am of the school of thought that I buy things from Japanese manufacturers in Japan. Many major electronics stores in Japan will answer your questions in detail, so you don't have to worry when you buy, and when problems arise, you can solve them by doing a Google search in Japanese.

I understand that many countries are involved to make one product, but I still buy products from Japanese manufacturers in Japan to support Japan because it used to be the main production in Japan.

More than 15 years ago, when I purchased a Dell laptop computer in Japan, I told them I planned to use it overseas and was introduced to their overseas warranty support, so I followed their advice and enrolled in their overseas warranty plan.
In fact, when my laptop went bad while I was living in the US, I contacted support and a representative came to my home and gave me free support since it was under warranty.

I am currently using a Let's Note that I purchased in Japan. I asked at the time of purchase, but Panasonic did not offer overseas warranty support.

I am not sure about the current situation with Dell since I haven't used them for a long time now, but I just searched and it seems that Dell and HP still offer overseas warranty support.
I think it would be a good idea to make a comprehensive comparison in Japan, including the possibility of purchasing one from a manufacturer that offers overseas warranty support.

It is on a hillside near Kahala. Depending on where the antennas are ？, the connection will be different, but T-mobile has a lot of antennas cuz it's relatively easy to get a connection. If you go to a store, they can check the connection in that area from your address.

I looked at T-mobile's 5G map before and the signal strength looked good.

I am currently using Hawaiin Telcom internet,
I called customer service when I renewed and managed to get a discount, $ 50/mo.

A Japanese friend of mine is exporting used cars to Japan, and I believe he can register up to 10 vehicles if he has a formality certificate for the same model. I think it is a good idea to ask a company to do this for you instead of doing it on your own.
