Showa Women's University in Oi Town, Kanagawa Prefecture ・ Matsuda Town has signed an agreement with Tateyama City, Chiba Prefecture, to utilize Showa Women's University training facility "Tomei Gakurin" in Oi Town, Kanagawa Prefecture and "Mochishu Kaihin Gakuryo" in Tateyama City, Chiba Prefecture for community development.

If there are facilities that are not being utilized, it would be better to have them put to good use locally ！

I found an article on heat stroke prevention and will share it with you ！

◎Prevention

・ Drink water frequently before you get thirsty ・ Drink salt
・ Wear cool clothes, hat and parasol
・ Avoid high temperatures, high humidity and direct sunlight
・ Use air conditioning properly
・ Acclimatize your body to the heat by doing "somewhat strenuous" exercise for about 30 minutes

◎If symptoms of heat stroke appear

・ Take shelter in a cool place.
・ Drink water and salt
・ Seek medical attention immediately if you do not respond to a call
