My husband is loco and eats everything. I buy him a plate lunch of Chinese, Filipino, Hawaiian, etc. for lunch, and he can't finish it by himself, so I have the rest for dinner. Daily meals are really hard to think about. We are a family of four, including two grown children, and some days they eat at home and some days they don't. When they were small, we were very careful about what they put in their mouths. The Instant Pot is ready to go when I turn it on, so I often set it to cook stews, soups, porridge, miso soup, etc. before I leave the house. This morning my husband made banana pancakes with overripe bananas. I served it with strawberries, blueberries, pineapple, and other fruits in the fridge, and enjoyed it like fruit pancakes at a café. For breakfast, my husband prepares an American breakfast every morning. For lunch, I bought a plate lunch of Korean barbecue downtown and shared it with my husband.
