Vivinavi Los Angeles家を売らずに次を買う方法

交流広場ではたびたび不動産の話題が取り上げられるのでご意見を求めて。
数年前にLA市内に家を買ったのですが、最近チェックしてみると近隣の似たようなスペックの家々が良い値段で売れてるようです。
ロケーション・ロケーション・ロケーションですね。
近い将来に住み替えを考えていましたが、売るのがもったいないかなと思い始めてます。
まだローンは残っています。
この家を売らずに他所に小さいコンドーかタウンハウスを買う良い方法が無いでしょうか。
そのうちソーシャル年金が入ること、家を丸ごと貸したらその家賃収入ができることを証明できれば何とかなる？

家賃が高かろうが、若者と一緒に住まなければいけなかろうが、やってみればええねん。
雨サンだったら、事情があっても短期なら平気で誰とでもシェアしてるやん。

トーレンスといっても、色々ですよ。結構広い。
ウエスト トーレンスは 一軒家で＄１ミリオンぐらいからするし
サウス トーレンスでPCHより海側では＄２−４ミリオンしますよ。
今でも値上がりしてますよ。 不動産屋さんが言っています、”売り物件が不足している”って。
