来年から一緒の管轄になるって本当ですか？
学校とイミグレは1月３０日からつながってI-20がカードになるそうです。（ブリッジに書いてありました）よっていつどんな教科をとっているか等も入国の際にわかるそうです。

後 4週間ぐらいで 留学生に対してのデーターベース化が稼動します。今現在問題のある人たちは即 対策を練りましょう。1月30日以降、問題のある人たちは強制送還がありえます。
不法就労中の方、不法滞在中の方至急労働ビザか永住権を申請しましょう。

情報ありがとうございます。学校に行っていない人は問題ということですね。ただ学校面では問題はなく、SSNを使って不法就労してる人はどうなんでしょう？イミグレと学校はつながるのは私も学校のオフィスで聞きましたが、イミグレとSSNオフィスはどうなんでしょう？
私の周りは気にしてないようですが。。。
ちなみに私は不法就労者ではありません。

今、Ｉ２０キープしてる学校にＴＥＬして聞いてみたんだけど、これからビザとる人たちに関係してるらしくて、今もってる人にはあんまり関係ないらしいよ。

今もってる人たちに対してあまり関係無いと、学校から言われても予断は禁物。移民官によって解釈が違ってるので、やはり 滞在資格をはっきりしたものにする事は 当たり前な事。
合法滞在資格を持って堂々とアメリカで生活しましょう。
