I used to work for a dentist and I don't know what the treatment is, but there is a code for each treatment to scrub the insurance claim, so the amount of coverage depends on that treatment.　When they give you an estimate, they should also know the percentage of coverage, so they can tell you which part they are saying they will not cover ？

The estimate is just that, an estimate, and if the insurance company does not pay, the patient will be responsible for the items on the estimate as well.

辛かったり苦しかったり、その人でなきゃ解らないこと多いですよね。人には色んな意見がありますが、本人は本気でもがいているかも知れません。本当に辛いとき、心療内科に行ってみると良いよ、プロにお任せしてみて下さい、人間生き物だから、不調な時もあるしそんな時も来るんです。今までなったことが無くて、理由も解らずという場合もあるし、理由が限定されていることもあるし。言える事は一人で悩まずに、門戸を叩くことです。掲示板も其の一つ。そこで思う言葉を貰えないこともありますね。上に書かれてあるレスは、皆思ってくれたり真剣に考えたり、または自分の常識で判断した言葉だったり。　本当に、しんどいなぁ・・とお思いの方は、一度、心療内科に思い切って行ってみてね。
今は、恋愛で悩んで不眠症になったり、仕事の人間関係で辛かったりする人も相談にきたり、リラックスしにきたりする場所です。頑張らなくていいから、まずはプロに任せてみるのも　方法のひとつですよ。

生きるってことは結構かなり苦しい事だと思う。楽に器用に生きる事なんて９９％無理なんじゃないかなあ。生きる事は大変でなかなか難しいもんだなあとよく思う。最近、地下鉄で人ごみをふと見ていて、この全員いい事もあったろうけど、死ぬほど苦しんで懸命に生きて、で結局いつかは全員死んじまうのに頑張ってんだなあと思って、なんか感動した。

＃９６さんのいうとおり、いづれ人は死ぬんだから気楽に楽しく生きればいいのに・・・仕事なんか真剣にしなくても生きていけるし、「今死ねる」気持ちがあるなら何でもできる気がするけど・・・
でも自殺したい人とかって根が真面目なのかも・・だから真剣に悩みすぎて生きることに疲れたり悩んだりするのかもなぁ・・・
金がなくなったら働いて、普段は休んで好きかってやってる私には人生楽しく思えるけど・・・

私もふと死にたいと考えてしまう時があります。周りからは明るい悩みの無い人と思われているようですが・・・
本人にしか理解できない領域なのでしょうか。なにかに不自由してるわけでもないのですが、逆にいうとなんとなく生きてるってことですかね・・・
色々な自殺志願のサイトを覗いたりしていますが、いざとなると怖いって思いなんとか生きています。生きてるっていうか・・・私には兄弟がいて、私は弟なんですが、兄と別れるのが寂しいって思いで生かされていますね・・・・
生きるって凄く大変な事だと思います。なんていったら適切なのかは分りませんが・・・熱中できる「何か」を見つけたらいいのかなって思います。それが出切るなら私も死のうなんて考えなくてすむのですが・・・

Thank you all for your answers. The tip is of course split with the kitchen staff at the time. It is not the sole responsibility of the server.
However, since only servers rotate between lunch and dinner shifts, the kitchen staff is not affected. I am a little uncomfortable with the service I give being passed on to other servers as I believe the service I give is included in the customer's tip, but I will try to come to terms with it somewhere.
