こんにちは。Prenatal Vitaminについてお聞きしたい事があります。
妊娠すると産婦人科のDrからPrenatal Vitaminをとるように薦められますが実際に飲まれていた方はいらっしゃいますか?日本では葉酸を最低でも400μgとるようにいわれておりますが、その2倍の数の為なんとなく抵抗があり1000μg以上とると良くないとも言われているため、食事の中で葉酸が含まれているものを避けたほうが良いのかな等色々と考えてしまいます。アドバイスを頂けますと助かります。よろしくお願いします。

三児の母です。私は飲んでいましたし、周りのお母さんたちも飲んでいました。つわりがひどかったときは、飲むと吐いていたのでその期間だけ辞めてもいいと言われました。最後の方はPrenatal Vitaminの鉄分では足りないと言われ、鉄分のサプリも一緒に飲んでいました。葉酸は初期に飲んでいないと意味がないらしいと聞いたことがあります。
