アメリカ不法滞在

　最近、日本人の知り合いがレストランでバイトをしてるんですけど、そこにいる中国人と極めて仲が悪いらしいんです。　
　その日本人の人は今ビザを取らずに４ヶ月アメリカに住んでて、しばらく帰る予定ではないらしいです。いわゆる不法滞在です。
　一回、言い争いになったらしいんですけど、その中国人が「イミグレーションにお前の不法滞在を報告するぞ」みたいな事を言われたらしいんですけど、実際今も、イミグレーションに不法滞在を報告されたら、その日本人の人は日本に帰らされるんですか？
　それとも、まだ１ヶ月くらいの不法滞在ならば、イミグレは気にせずにその人がアメリカに滞在するのを暗黙するのでしょうか？　
　どなたか詳しい方教えてください。

いろいろ意見があるのを見させてもらいました。　疑問があるのですが・・・
ビザのある人の不法就労（アンダーテーブル）　と　ビザは無いけどＳＳＮで働いている不法移民・・・　どうなんでしょう？　僕的には両方とも仕方が無いような気がするんですが・・・。

Who cares? If you entered this country legitimately, you are legally allowed to live here without paying taxes. This applies to American who are living in Japan. People like you always talk this and that at online forum are the ones who cannot talk anything in thier real lives. Hence, I advise you that you should check yourself.
