誰か知っていたら教えてください。私のコンピューターのパーティションの一つがCP/M Concurrent DOS, CTOSとなっていてるのですが、これはいったい何のためにあるのですか。このパーティションを取り除いてもいいのですか。

私が以前よく利用していたコンピュータショップでは、店で組み立てて販売しているのですが、店のテクニシャンがコンピュータのハードウェアの診断やテストをするために、ＭＳ−ＤＯＳを小さなパーティションに入れていました。私は、将来の修理などのときに店のテクニシャンが使うかも知れないと考えて、また、ハードディスクの空き容量も十分あったので、ＭＳ−ＤＯＳを消さずに、そのまま残しておきました。

やっぱり、修理したりするときに使うものなのですかね。確かに４Mくらいしか使ってないので、容量は使ってないのですが。今のところはそのままって感じですかね。k257さん、レスありがとうございました。
