車が壊れて足がなくuberを使って毎日仕事へいっていました。
そしたらドライバーにもし前金で２５０ドル払えるなら今月２５０ドルで月～金まで送り迎えしてあげるといわれ、
彼がアグリーメントとidコピーを持ってきました。
普通にuberで1か月仕事にいったら８００ドルなので了承しました。
ところが7回位利用したてある日仕事にいこうとしても奴がこなく何度電話してもでず数日後になって入院してるといわれ3日後から仕事を再開するといわれましたが
結局こず私も激怒した処、彼が＄２００返すからそれでdoneといわれましたが結局1か月以上たった今も返してくれません。
来週返す、来週返すといってのびてます。
相手の態度が非常にきにいりません。
スモールクレームコートかどうにかして取返したいのですがいい案ないでしょうか？

自分ですでに裁判って答え出してるじゃないですか
uberに言っても無理なんじゃない？
本人相手に裁判しかないでしょ。正確に何回使ったか証明があればですがね
まぁ、裁判で勝ってもお金帰ってくるかどうかわからんけど

ちなみに、バスとかメトロで通えないですか…。
通えないからＵｂｅｒになるんでしょうけど。
”Ｕｂｅｒ”の肩書で信用したんだから、Ｕｂｅｒに一応言っておいた方がいいのでは。
といっても、「こういう詐欺があるから注意するように」と、Ｕｂｅｒの注意書きになるだけかもしれませんが。

住んでいるエリア方面に職場の人が住んでいるなら
お願いし寄り道してもらって一緒に職場に行く方法もあったのでは。
２５０ドルをその人にあげればアルバイトで喜んでやってくれると思いますが。
住んでいるところで近所付き合いをしてると何かと便利。

Uber ではそのような社外取引は固く禁止しているはずですが。
そんなこと分かっているはずなのに、そのような Fraud Driver にひっかかる
トピ主さんの落ち度です。裁判だ何だで時間とお金を費やすだけ無駄です。
その前に Uber にそのことを報告したのでしょうか。
何もしなければソイツは他でも同じことを繰り返します。
