TV等で放送しているXOOMは信頼できるアプリでしょうか？
世界中に送金出来るアプリなんですが、
銀行など使用しないで送金出来るアプリは、大丈夫でしょうか？
どの様に送金するのでしょうか？
又 受け取り人は、何処で受け取るのでしょか？
ご使用した方 詳しく教えて下さい。

使った人のレスがないので私がちょっとググってみましたが、

まず、PayPal の関連会社らしいのでこれを信用するなら PayPal は大昔から運営しているし、今では PayPal も日本でも営業しているのでそのレベルでの信頼性はあるでしょうね。私も何10年も前から eBay で PayPal を使っているので、その気があれば日本間の送金に xoom.com も使うかもしれません。
送金の仕方等はこのサイトに入ってみれば自然と分かるのではないでしょうか。日本語版はなさそうなので英語が苦手で難しいなら止めておいたほうがいいです。

このサイトで日本へ送金した事あります。着金までは、1週間はかかったと思います。特に問題もなかったです。カスタマーサービスの返信メールも、翌日には来ました。
