I know what you are thinking, but
your children are your two.
It may be a good idea to talk to each other's employers and work shorter hours or
reduce the amount of time you leave your child with them to a minimum. There are places within the hospital where you can talk to them about this.

Like Sean0914, I went back to work when my son was 3 months old. In my case, I decided not to go back full time right away, but to return to work on a short time basis in the same industry I've always worked in.

There were two reasons I did not return full time.

It was my first time raising a child, and I wanted to devote myself to childcare for a while.
I didn't think I could survive on the same standard of living as before with babysitters and day care. \I was not sure I would be able to live with the same standard of living with a babysitter or daycare. I was trying to find a day care that would allow me to live at the same standard of living that I had been living at $. I think I did a lot of things by trial and error.
As a result, I did not rely on the government, but with the help of others, my child grew up to elementary school age and I am now doing the work I want to do.
